1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Saturn's Shadow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Saturn's Shadow is an AI-powered psychological companion service that provides:

• Conversational AI assistance based on Jungian psychology principles
• Psychological profile analysis and insights
• Dream interpretation and visualization tools
• Journey tracking and personal growth metrics

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the AI assistant.

The platform provides paid access to a restricted section of the website (SaaS subscription for a digital dream journal and knowledge base) and informational consulting services (booking video calls with independent specialists).

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Guest Usage

Guest users may access the Service with limited functionality. Guest usage is tracked via browser fingerprinting and is subject to usage limits as defined in our service tiers.

4. USAGE LIMITS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Service operates under the following usage tiers:

• Guest Users: Limited to 5 messages per session
• Free Users: Limited to 5 messages per billing cycle
• Premium Users: Unlimited messages

We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time. Premium subscriptions are billed according to the pricing terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Saturn's Shadow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of your data or communications

The AI assistant is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

Disclaimer: All services provided by the platform are strictly educational and informational in nature. The platform does not provide medical services, does not engage in treatment, and does not replace a consultation with a psychiatrist.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saturn's Shadow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees (for premium users)
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and associated data at our discretion.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

8. Service Provider Details

9. Subscription, Payments, and Refund Policy

9.1 Trial Period

Users may be offered a trial period (e.g., 3 days) for a nominal verification fee (e.g., 10 UAH / 0.23 USD). The purpose of this charge is to verify the payment method and authorize recurring billing.

At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically converts to a full monthly recurring subscription at the selected plan's price, unless the user cancels auto-renewal before the trial expires.

By activating a trial, the user explicitly consents to the automatic conversion to a paid subscription upon trial expiration.

9.2 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. The subscription automatically renews at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the subscription management section in their account settings. Cancellation of auto-renewal does not terminate the current subscription — the user retains full access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle when only auto-renewal is cancelled.

9.3 48-Hour Refund Policy

A full refund for a subscription charge is available exclusively within the first 48 (forty-eight) hours following the transaction. This refund window applies to both initial subscription payments and monthly renewal charges.

Users may initiate an automatic refund via the "Cancel & Request Refund" button in their account dashboard during this 48-hour window.

If a refund is processed, access to all premium features is revoked immediately, and the account is downgraded to the free tier (Seeker plan). This action is irreversible.

After the 48-hour window has elapsed, the automatic refund option is no longer available. No partial or full refunds are guaranteed after this period. Any exceptions are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Service by contacting support@archetype.in.ua.

By completing a payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this 48-hour refund policy.

9.4 Card Tokenization and Recurring Payments

By making a payment, the user consents to the tokenization of their payment card data by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider (WayForPay) for the purpose of processing recurring subscription payments.

A secure token (recToken) is stored in place of the actual card number. Saturn's Shadow does not store, process, or have access to raw card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive cardholder data. All payment processing is handled entirely by WayForPay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

The user may revoke this tokenization at any time by cancelling their auto-renewal, which deletes the stored token from our system.

10. Payment and Service Delivery (Delivery Policy)

Payment for services is made by Visa and Mastercard bank cards through the WayForPay payment service.

Since the service is digital (access to site functionality), there is no physical delivery. After successful payment, the user instantly and automatically receives access to the paid functionality in their personal account. The service is considered fully delivered at the moment of access activation.

For recurring subscriptions, the service is re-delivered automatically at the start of each billing cycle upon successful charge processing.

Information Intermediary Status

The Platform provides users with software for communication (access to virtual rooms). The site administration acts solely as an information intermediary between the User and the Expert. Experts are not employees of the Platform and provide services as independent contractors. The Platform bears no responsibility for the content, quality, or consequences of advice provided by the Expert during video calls.
